I’ve recently started running again after several years break. I’m following the Couch To 5km program, and have taken three weeks to complete the runs for Week 1. In my defence, I’ve also been on holidays in that time, I’m running hills (lucky to find 100m of flat ground here) and have bad knees – so I refuse to push myself too hard.
So far so good. I’m also reading up on Chi Running, which is supposed to prevent injury and be easier on the body. I’ve been incorporating some of the basic forms in my running and it’s certainly making a difference so far.
