And now he’s going again

Well, Eddie is now being deployed again.  This time however, he’ll be gone for six months.  I can’t say exactly where or when he’s going, however I will update you all when he’s left.

I can say that he’ll be gone for Christmas and Dian’s birthday in January.  Sigh.

    I reckon one of the hardest things leading up is not being able to talk about it openly on your blog (especially cause I have two) and also to all our friends who didn’t know in the early days.

    For the third year in a row we are celebrating our anniversary of togetherness in separate countries. That’s alright, it just means it’s my turn next year to be overseas next year ;)

    Do you have family nearby that you will spend Chrissy with or will you travel to be with them or just celebrate it by yourselves? Or you’re not sure yet?

    I had a letter from his battalion the other day about a info session for families of returning soldiers, not sure if I’ll go but it made me smile because the end is almost in sight. I hope it will pass just as quick (well, relatively speaking) for you :)
